Sunnyfield's Community Hub in Dulwich Hills is hiring passionate disability support workers. You will deliver personalised support that builds independence, assist with personal care, support social activities and skill development, and build positive relationships with participants and families.

We value creativity, calm confidence, and a collaborative approach. Must have at least 2 years' experience in disability and transparent checks (NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, National Criminal History Record).
