Acting as the central coordination point for Requests for Information (RFIs) across relevant programs, you will work across Defence, industry, and program stakeholders to ensure information requests are accurately sourced, managed, and delivered within required timeframes. You will play a key role in enabling effective program delivery through stakeholder engagement, governance coordination, issue resolution, and information management. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of capability delivery, security, engineering, governance, and Defence‑industry collaboration, supporting strategically significant Defence programs while building relationships across a broad range of stakeholders.

- Coordinating technical, operational, engineering, and Test & Evaluation inputs to support information requests.
- Facilitating resolution of security, export control, intellectual property (IP), ITAR, and technical data release considerations.
- Maintaining visibility of RFI status, risks, dependencies, and action progress.

- Supporting governance activities and decision-making through effective information management.
- Escalating issues and coordinating solutions where information barriers or delays exist.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships across Defence and industry stakeholder networks.
- Supporting improved accountability, transparency, and responsiveness across program activities.
- Developing a deep understanding of the AESA SPO operating environment, stakeholder landscape, and program priorities.

What We Would Like From You:

- Extensive experience within Defence or the Defence industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across Defence and industry environments.

- Experience coordinating RFIs, actions, correspondence, governance activities, or information requests through to completion.
- Proven ability to work across multiple organisations, projects, and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
- Understanding of Defence security requirements, information release processes, and governance considerations.
- Strong communication,

coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to identify issues, remove roadblocks, and proactively drive outcomes.
- Experience operating within complex and highly regulated environments.
