About the role

As Compliance & Safety Manager, you’ll bring both a technical and operational lens to compliance across our growing multi‑site network. You’ll turn positive standards into practical systems that work in the real world, including:

Managing our risk register and compliance obligations, and tracking actions through to closure

Workplace health and safety across our studios, HQ and warehouse

Skin penetration licensing, council inspections and infection prevention compliance

Compliance audits, incident management and investigations

Compliance training, reporting and continuous improvement

This is a hands-on role. We’re looking for someone who understands what safe, hygienic and compliant operations require, and who can build it so naturally into everyday behaviours, training and operations that it becomes invisible.

About you

You might be a nurse, piercer, beauty therapist or other clinical professional who has developed a strong interest in standards, risk and operational excellence. Or you may come from safety, compliance, quality assurance or operations, and be looking for an opportunity to apply your skills in a business where safety and standards are central to what we do.

build practical systems and influence people to consistently do the right thing.

Based at our HQ support office on the Sunshine Coast, you’ll report directly to our GM Operations and work closely with leaders across the business.
