Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust seeks a motivated Junior Sister/Charge Nurse for Ward F3 in paediatrics. The role requires leading a team, developing the service, and ensuring high-quality patient care within a day-surgery/short-stay unit.

You will mentor staff, assess patient needs, coordinate care with MDT, and maintain safe, effective ward operations. Strong organisational and clinical skills are essential for this Band 6 position.
