We're partnered with three leading global cost consultancies who are each seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Associate with a strong MEP / Building Services background to join their Sydney teams.

You'll work across complex, technically demanding projects, taking ownership of cost management across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic services packages.

The Role

- Lead pre- and post-contract cost management across MEP / Building Services.
- Prepare cost plans, estimates, tender documentation and commercial reports.
- Manage tender analysis, variations, claims and valuations.
- Monitor project expenditure, forecasts and commercial risk.
- Provide strategic cost and value-engineering advice to clients.
- Work closely with PMs, engineers, contractors and design teams.




- Build strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business.

About You

- Background across complex building projects, ideally data centres / mission-critical environments.
- Strong pre- and post-contract capability.
- Confident dealing with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Commercially minded, technically strong and able to operate autonomously.
