Your role

Based primarily at our Goulburn training centre, you'll deliver and assess training in areas including:

- Working at Heights and Confined Space
- First Aid, CPR and LVR
- Vertical Rescue and Emergency Response
- Fire Safety and Risk Management
- GWO Basic Safety Training, Advanced Rescue Training and Enhanced First Aid





You’ll also maintain accurate training records, ensure equipment is safe and ready for use, and contribute to continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

Essential

- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent), with currency maintained
- Current competency in at least two of the training areas listed above
- Strong communication skills and a professional, safety-focused approach

Highly regarded

- Experience in emergency response, firefighting, wind energy, defence, rope access or other high-risk industries
- Previous GWO training experience

Our programmes are practical and physically demanding. We're looking for trainers who take pride in delivering high-quality training and can confidently manage both classroom and practical learning environments.

We're recruiting for full-time, part-time and casual opportunities, with a full-time salary range of $95,000–$110,000 per year.
