CrossReach’s Ardrossan home offers residential care for up to 39 older people, with a focus on safety, comfort and individual choice. As a Night Care Worker, you’ll provide personal and practical overnight support, help residents rest, and ensure continuity of care with thorough handovers.

You’ll be calm, dependable and attentive, with solid communication and a willingness to learn. PVG and SSSC registration are required, and SVQ Level 3 training is supported by CrossReach.
