About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to join our clients team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, has a strong commitment to safety, and enjoys working collaboratively with both internal stakeholders and external transport providers.

Key Responsibilities

- Load restraint activities (full on-the-job training provided)
- Load building activities (full on-the-job training provided)
- Gate checks and compliance verification (full on-the-job training provided)
- Scanning and management of delivery documentation
- Administrative support and receptionist duties
- Sorting and preparation of load packs
- Archiving and document management
- Supporting transport operations and coordinating with subcontractor drivers
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with operational procedures

About You

- A strong commitment to workplace safety
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A process-driven mindset with the ability to follow procedures consistently
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills




- The ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams and external subcontractors
- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities
- Competent computer and administrative skills
- Previous experience in the transport, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain industry will be highly regarded

Working Hours

Standard Hours:

- Monday to Friday
- 10:00am – 6:00pm

Training Period:

- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am – 5:00pm

The successful candidate should be flexible and reliable during the training and onboarding period.
