About the role

As a Registered Nurse across our Medical Wards, you'll deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred care to patients with diverse and complex medical needs. You'll assess patients, plan and coordinate care, respond to changing clinical conditions and collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.

You'll also advocate for patients and families, support junior staff and nursing students, and contribute to a positive, safe and collaborative workplace.

You'll work closely with nursing leadership, including the Nursing Unit Manager, while developing your clinical skills and confidence in a rewarding medical nursing environment.

About you

We're looking for passionate, compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses who thrive in a dynamic team environment and are committed to making a difference

- Hold Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Effectively communicate and enjoy working amongst a variety of teams & clinical environments.

To be eligible for employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport, or hold an appropriate visa that allows you to live and work in Australia. Employment of a temporary visa holder will only be offered in line with the conditions and expiry date of your visa.

- *Based on a minimum 18-month commitment to the position or the agreed duration of your contract. All payments to part-time and contract employees will be made on a pro‑rata basis in accordance with the terms of your contract, including any approved extensions.
