We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Operations Manager Housekeeping to oversee housekeeping operations across multiple sites throughout New South Wales.

About the role

As Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of housekeeping performance across your designated properties, driving consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with site teams and key stakeholders to deliver outstanding results while fostering a positive, accountable, and service-focused culture.

Key responsibilities

Oversee housekeeping services across designated properties, ensuring consistent standards and operational excellence.

Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company requirements.

Recruit, train, mentor, and support housekeeping teams, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Implement effective housekeeping procedures, service standards, and operational efficiencies.

Manage operational budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities to improve productivity.

Monitor inventory, cleaning supplies,



and equipment to support efficient operations.

Conduct regular site inspections and performance reviews to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet required standards.

Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and an exceptional guest experience.

Respond to guest feedback and operational challenges with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.

About you

You’re a confident and proactive leader who knows how to bring out the best in people while maintaining high operational standards across multiple locations.

Ideally, you will have:

Proven management experience within hospitality, preferably in housekeeping or multi-site operations.

Solid leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage diverse teams.

Excellent organisational, planning, and time-management abilities.

A solid understanding of housekeeping standards, workplace health and safety, and operational best practices.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets, resources, and operational costs.

A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work weekends or public holidays when required.

A qualification in hospitality management or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
