McMillan Shakespeare in Melbourne is seeking a Support Pro within our Customer Operations team to assist customers through their novated lease journey. You will provide transparent guidance, handle enquiries, and support administration across phone, email and online channels.

The role is full-time and permanent with a hybrid pattern: two days in our Melbourne CBD office on Thursdays and Fridays, three days working from home.
