Full time | 4–5 Days per Week | Fortitude Valley$70K+ per annumAbout the roleLooking for a friendly workplace where you're valued, supported and enjoy coming to work?Precision Dental is a well-established general and cosmetic dental practice in Fortitude Valley, and we're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our close-knit teamYou'll work alongside one dentist and two oral health therapists in a supportive environment where teamwork and quality patient care come first.
This is primarily a front-of-house role, with occasional chairside assisting and clinical support when needed.
What you'll be doing
• Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
• Managing appointments, recalls, confirmations and enquiries
• Handling phone calls, emails, payments and HICAPS claims
• Maintaining patient records using dental software
• Supporting the clinical team with sterilisation and occasional chairside assisting
• Helping keep the practice running smoothlyAbout youWe're looking for someone with a positive attitude, great communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care.
• Previous dental reception experience is essential
• Friendly,



organised and confident managing a busy reception
• Experience with dental software (Exact PMS highly regarded)
• A reliable team player who enjoys helping others
• Comfortable providing occasional clinical support (training available)
