Insignia Financial is seeking a Lead Test Engineer to own testing across our data engineering platforms and UDP. You will shape testing strategy, automation frameworks and engineering standards in a cloud-based data setting, ensuring data solutions are accurate, reliable and production-ready.

You will influence testing approaches in both agile and traditional teams, while collaborating with Data Engineers to embed testing into CI/CD and drive continuous improvement across data testing
