Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced EPRR Lead to drive continuous improvement and organisational preparedness. You will identify opportunities to strengthen EPRR arrangements, apply the Core Standards framework, prioritise improvements, and support changes that enhance preparedness, resilience and response across the region.

The role involves leading lessons management, coordinating debriefs and post-incident reviews, and ensuring learning is captured
