As a Patient Navigator, you pick up every patient after their medical consultation and guide them to a confident decision about treatment. You explain their options, costs and next steps, handle questions and help them book and pay for the treatments they require.

This is a sales role at heart. You'll be measured on consultation-to-treatment conversion and revenue. Trust is everything: the best results come from honesty, empathy and real follow-through, never pressure.
