Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is seeking a HR Business Partner to join our WA team on a 12-month Fixed Term Maternity Leave contract, based at our West Perth office with travel to Perth metro aged care homes.

You will partner with clinical managers to deliver high level HR advice, support continuous improvement, maintain HR documentation and systems, and manage complex employee relations, performance, and grievances.
