About the Role

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Care Manager to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support the clinical care team to ensure high standards of resident care
- Oversee clinical governance and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting in line with the Aged Care Act
- Build and nurture robust relationships with residents, families, and staff
- Assist with staff education and mentoring to support best practice care delivery

To succeed in this role, you will have:





- Excellent knowledge of the Aged Care Act and the associated Standards, including compliance, accreditation, and reporting requirements.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and team-oriented approach.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture
