As an Intern Pharmacist, you will have the chance to develop your clinical and professional pharmacy skills, complete your 2027 internship and registration requirements, and provide high-quality patient-centred pharmacy services. You will gain valuable experience across community pharmacy, compounding, patient care, medication management and pharmacy business operations, while working closely with experienced pharmacists and a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

- Develop practical skills in extemporaneous and complex compounding
- Gain experience in medication management and Dose Administration Aids
- Participate in health services including vaccinations, blood pressure and blood glucose monitoring
- Develop strong counselling and communication skills
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists, dispensary staff and other healthcare professionals
- Build your confidence in managing day-to-day pharmacy operations
- Learn about pharmacy business management and leadership
- Provide high-quality patient-centred pharmacy services

About you

- Completing a Bachelor/Master of Pharmacy or equivalent qualification in 2026
- Eligible to commence their pharmacy internship in 2027
- Passionate about providing exceptional patient care
