The City of Greater Geraldton is seeking a Team Leader Aquatics to supervise lifeguards and aquatic staff, ensure safety standards, and deliver high-quality customer service across our facilities. You will recruit, train, and manage staff, coordinate rosters, oversee pool plant maintenance, and support operation of the Foreshore Water Park and Doc Docherty Swimming Pool.

Completion of pre-employment medical is required; salary starts from AUD 98,231 per annum, with perks including generous
