Foundry Talent Partners client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to own and grow broker relationships across NSW. This road-based role spends most of the week with brokers, with 2–3 days in the Sydney office collaborating with credit, operations and senior management.

You will build and manage a network of mortgage brokers and aggregators, hit monthly settlement targets, train brokers, and work closely with credit policy and product teams to ensure deals move smoothly from
