Hanes Brands Australasia is seeking a CRM Analyst in Melbourne to support the CRM, Loyalty and Personalisation team. You will own execution, data requests and operational workflows to deliver campaigns faster and more accurately, across email, SMS and in-app journeys.

The role builds customer journeys, segments and reports performance, ensuring data quality and timely testing. A cooperative, detail‑oriented candidate with 1–2+ years in CRM is well suited for this busy, hybrid position.
