Woolworths Group is looking for a sharp, commercially-minded Team Experience Partner (TXP) - Strategic Projects to lead workforce transformation on a 12 month contract across our eComX initiatives. You’ll partner with eComX leadership, Legal, and IR/ER to translate strategic goals into actionable programs.

You’ll apply data-driven insights to diagnose challenges, prioritise initiatives, and help leaders navigate complex IR/ER decisions while building a proactive workforce strategy and union
