Recruitment Consultant / SDR, Quant Trading (Graduate to 3 yrs)

The role
Your job is to find traders. You'll be the person who tracks down quant traders and portfolio managers at HFT firms and hedge funds, the kind of people who aren't on job boards and aren't looking. Then you get them on the phone and turn that into a conversation.

You'll start on the candidate side, working next to senior consultants on live mandates. Once you've got the hang of it, you'll move into a full 360 role and start winning your own clients.

Day to day

Researching and mapping niche trading teams so you know who the best people are before a client asks

Reaching out to passive candidates by phone, LinkedIn and email

Screening and qualifying traders and researchers, then managing them through interviews

Using our AI and automation tools so you spend your time on calls, not admin

Over time, opening recent accounts and running deals from brief to close

Who we want

1 to 3 years in recruitment, SDR, BDR or any sales role with a target. Strong grads are welcome to apply too

Eager to learn. You don't need to know quant markets,



we'll teach you

Driven by money and you'll say so. Commission is uncapped with no clawbacks

Comfortable picking up the phone and holding a conversation with smart people

Competitive. Serious sport, music, or anything else that meant years of early starts is a big plus

What you get

$75k to $110k base + super, up to 50% commission, uncapped with no clawbacks

Live mandates with tier 1 HFT firms, quant funds and crypto desks. No starting from a blank cold call list

Hybrid, 3 days a week in Bondi Junction

Team across Sydney, London, Chicago and SF, and lunch on us every Thursday
