SA Health's Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network in Port Augusta is seeking a Stroke Coordinator on a part time basis (0.5 FTE) until 30 June 2027. The role provides specialist clinical leadership to strengthen stroke care across FUNLHN, working across inpatient and community settings.

You will coordinate complex care, support multidisciplinary teams, monitor outcomes, and lead service development, education and quality improvement initiatives to improve regional stroke services.
