Uniting is seeking a Senior Service Designer to lead human-centred research and design for two major projects in Philanthropy and Pastoral Care & Mission in Sydney. You can take on either six months or both for a 12-month contract, shaping current-state insights and future-state service models.

The role emphasizes holistic, empathetic design, collaboration with stakeholders and the ability to translate insights into practical recommendations that improve services and experiences for donors,
