Eastern Health in Victoria seeks a Lead Consultant Psychiatrist to join the Mental Health and Wellbeing Program. This permanent full time role blends clinical leadership with specialist psychiatric care in a multidisciplinary setting.

You will deliver high-quality services, contribute to workforce planning, education and service improvement, with roughly 70% direct clinical work and 30% leadership responsibilities, in collaboration with the Clinical Director and Service Manager.
