The Role

You'll manage your own residential property portfolio with the support of an experienced property management team, dedicated leasing specialists and an accounts department.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.





Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections.

Managing arrears, repairs, maintenance and tenancy matters.

Handling disputes, negotiations and Tribunal matters when required.

Taking ownership of your portfolio and delivering exceptional customer service.

Working collaboratively with a team that genuinely supports one another.

About You

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys property management and brings a positive, solutions-focused attitude to the team.

Ideally, you'll have:

Experience managing a residential property portfolio.

A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.

Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation.

Excellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills.

Great attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Professional presentation and a genuine passion for customer service.

A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic and team-first mindset.
