South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality community nursing care across home visits and community clinics in Tahmoor. You will support hospital avoidance, enable timely discharge, and promote patient independence with multidisciplinary teams.

AHPRA registration and NSW driver license are essential. Role offers temp full time employment until May 2027 with visa flexibility and NSW Health benefits, including 12% superannuation
