Care Connect is seeking Home Care Support Workers to help Australians stay independent, safe and connected at home across Sydney CBD and surrounding areas. The role involves travelling between clients’ homes, providing domestic assistance, personal care, meals, medication reminders, mobility support, and social companionship.

We welcome compassionate individuals with solid communication and time-management skills, able to work at least three weekdays.
