Surfboat Brewery and Café in Sydney is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, delivering dishes for breakfast to dinner and at functions. You will work closely with the Head Chef to uphold top‑tier food standards and support kitchen operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years CDP experience, a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, a valid Food Safety certificate, excellent time management and attention to detail, and a calm, pressurized approach.
