About the role

We are seeking a Permanent Part Time Driver / Store-Person to join our agile team at our Rockdale facility. Hours can be flexible to suit school hours EG 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday.

This is a critical operational role that combines both driving and warehouse responsibilities, ensuring the seamless distribution of frozen food products to our customers.

This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, is reliable, a good communicator, and can manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Load and unload frozen food products from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and temperature control
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including customer signatures and delivery documentation
- Receive, unload and store incoming frozen food shipments at the warehouse facility
- Organise and maintain warehouse stock, ensuring products are stored correctly and are easily accessible
- Pick and pack orders according to delivery schedules and customer requirements




- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts where applicable
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in both the warehouse and vehicles
- Communicate effectively with management, warehouse staff and customers regarding deliveries and stock levels
- Comply with all food handling, health and safety regulations relevant to frozen food distribution

What we're looking for

- Current, valid Australian Driver's License, a current forklift operator's licenses are both essential.
- Proven experience as a driver or in warehouse operations within the food distribution industry
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when recording delivery information and managing inventory
- Reliable, punctual and committed to meeting delivery schedules
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A solid safety record and commitment to following workplace health and safety procedures
