As part of the growing Taphouse Hotel Group, the venue presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader to build on its existing success and help shape its future direction.

About the Role

With a strong management team already in place, we're looking for a driven Senior Venue Manager who can bring leadership and a clear vision to take both the team and the venue to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue

Lead, coach, and develop department duty managers and venue staff

Drive sales and profitability across food, beverage, gaming, and functions

Manage labour costs, budgets, stock control, and key performance indicators

Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and cost targets

Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, WHS, and food safety requirements

Build a positive team culture focused on accountability, service,



and continuous improvement

Deliver an outstanding customer experience across all areas of the business

About You

You are a confident hospitality leader who enjoys being on the floor, developing people, and driving strong business results.

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

Minimum five years' experience in senior hospitality or venue management

Solid leadership skills with experience managing diverse hospitality teams

Experience in food and beverage operations, gaming, and functions

Sound knowledge of hospitality compliance and venue operations

A hands-on approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

A current NSW RSA, RCG and ARCG
