Niagara Therapy is seeking a Junior Finance Manager to lead financial performance for our manufacturing operations. You will own budgeting, cost analysis and KPI reporting, partnering with leaders to drive pricing, cost improvements and strategic investment decisions.

The role combines hands-on accounting, cost management and people leadership, with a explicit path toward senior finance leadership in a family-owned business that has grown for over 50 years.
