Casual Delivery Coordinator and Handover Specialist

Working exclusively with BYD, we are looking foraCasual Delivery Coordinatorwho can play an integral role in delivering an outstanding customer purchase experience.

About the position

We are seeking a Casual RetailDelivery Coordinator, to work different days during the period of Tuesday to Saturday. Saturday is essential.

With exceptional customer service, to manage the end-to-end delivery process for our vehicles. This is a hands-on role that will report directly to the management team. This willinclude coordination from the time ofsign upthrough to point of hand over toguests.

Your new role will have you

Communicating regular updates to guests on the status of their order

Organizing deal paperwork, registration and other documentation for salespeople and guests





Building strong relationships between clients and the dealership

Driving and enhancing the dealerships processes to achieve results

About you

Personally well-presented and professional

Experience in providing customer service excellence over the phone and face to face

Ability to remain highly organized and detail orientated in a quick paced environment

Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to be both team orientated and self-managed

Hard working and self-motivated with a strong work ethic

The drive to exceed targets and expectations

A current driver's license is essential for this role
