Pacific National is seeking a Workforce Coordinator for a 12-month maximum term contract based in North Sydney. You will coordinate the daily allocation of crew and equipment across Australia’s rail network, supporting protected and efficient freight movement.

No prior rail experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided to help you learn rostering systems and operational processes quickly.
