Y Ballarat is seeking an Enrolments Officer / Administration Assistant on parental leave cover. The role supports both Swim School and Early Learning Centre, with duties across enrolment management, billing, and admin.

The position is based at Brown Hill Ballarat, 38 hours per week, at $35.04 per hour, commencing 27 January 2027 for 12 months with possible extension. The successful candidate will be organized, approachable and able to work in a busy, family-focused setting, delivering
