The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Mortgage Broker to join our team in Sydney.

You’ll work closely with clients to understand their financial circumstances, borrowing needs and goals, helping them identify suitable lending solutions.

Managing the end-to-end loan process, you’ll guide clients from initial enquiry through application, approval and settlement, while building strong relationships with clients, lenders, referral partners and internal stakeholders.

What you’ll do

- Meet with clients to understand their financial circumstances, borrowing needs and objectives.
- Prepare and present tailored loan proposals and lender recommendations, clearly explaining suitable options.
- Manage the end-to-end mortgage application process, including fact-finding, documentation, application submission, lender liaison and settlement coordination.
- Keep clients informed throughout the application process and support timely approvals and positive client outcomes.
- Assess and recommend suitable loan products from the approved lender panel.
- Ensure recommendations and applications meet responsible lending, regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders,



referral partners and internal stakeholders.
- Proactively manage your client pipeline and contribute to business growth, client satisfaction and settlement targets.
- Continue developing your mortgage-broking capability and referral network, with support and guidance from management.

What you’ll bring

- Strong communication, relationship-building and customer service skills
- A self-motivated and commercially minded approach, with a strong focus on client outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to work towards goals, targets and KPIs
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and applications
- Knowledge of mortgage lending products and the loan application process
- Relevant mortgage broking qualifications and industry experience
- Applicants must have current working rights in Australia
