Silverchain in Australia is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join the National Contact Centre, starting Monday 30th November. You will be the welcome voice, handling inbound calls from aged and health care clients, care workers and stakeholders, delivering outstanding service in every interaction.

You will complete 4 weeks of paid full time training at Osborne Park before transitioning to a hybrid work model, with shifts from home and in office between 6am and 6pm, and a Monday–Friday
