This is a permanent, full time position as a Retail Manager, responsible for overseeing retail operations, managing product mix and stock levels, and ensuring that service standards are maintained. The role also involves planning and implementing marketing and promotional activities, maintaining accurate inventory and financial records, and assisting customers by providing product information, advice, and guidance to support sales.

Key responsibilities

Determine the appropriate product mix based on customer demand, market trends, and sales performance, while maintaining suitable stock levels and ensuring required service standards are met

Plan and implement marketing, advertising, and promotional activities to promote the establishment's products and services and increase sales

Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inventory movements, sales, and financial transactions to ensure effective retail operations





Sell goods and services to customers by providing product information, advice, and guidance to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions

Formulate and implement purchasing, merchandising, and marketing policies, including determining appropriate product pricing in accordance with company policies and market conditions

Prepare and manage store budgets, monitor operating expenditure against allocated budgets, review financial performance, and implement corrective measures where necessary

Ensure the establishment complies with applicable occupational health and safety regulations, workplace requirements, company policies, and operational procedures

Manage the training, supervision, and performance evaluation of staff to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of business objectives
