Concrete Gym is growing and needs one experienced person to own content and marketing: strategy, camera, edit and ads. You'll work directly with the manager, on site across locations (four Concrete gyms across Newcastle, Edgeworth and Salamander Bay, and OneTribe Health, and 3 other locations we are working on), measured on the leads your work brings in. This role involves planning, shooting, editing, posting, putting budget behind content, and reporting weekly on results.

Key responsibilities

Give every location its own story by building a one-page plan for each location in your first 90 days: who it's for, the offer, the story and the content pillars

Shoot, edit and post content: be on the gym floor through the week capturing early classes, PT sessions, Pilates, member wins, and coach tips

Create reels, stories and statics for Instagram and Facebook, plus any platform that earns its place

Build and run Meta lead campaigns for every location, check them daily and report weekly

Test hooks and creative, kill what isn't working that week, scale what is

Lead the presale for each recent location, from first site works to opening day

Provide one page to the director every week: leads and cost per lead by location, what worked, and what you're changing next

Run the content calendar across every account





File all raw and edited footage in the Drive, license music for ads as well as organic, and get talent releases signed for everyone on camera

About you

At least 3 years in a paid content, social or digital marketing role, in-house or agency

A portfolio of short-form video you shot and edited yourself

Hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience: lead-gen campaigns you built and managed on a real budget, with the cost-per-lead numbers to show for it

Strong camera and editing skills: lighting, audio, and Premiere Pro, Final Cut or CapCut

A designer's eye in Canva or Adobe for statics, stories and ad creative

Proof you've grown something: an account, a community or a launch, with the numbers

The organisation to run calendars, launches and an asset library across multiple brands and locations

Confidence directing coaches and members on camera

A full driver's licence and your own car to move between Newcastle, Edgeworth, Salamander Bay and Wickham
