About the role

Lead Papinelle’s Macquarie Park store and help turn great service into strong commercial results. You’ll lead from the floor, coach the team, manage store performance and partner closely with Head Office as the brand grows.

$78,000–$86,000 per year

Duties

Drive sales, service and store performance.

Lead from the floor and set the standard.

Coach the team to achieve individual and store goals.

Manage rosters, priorities and peak trading periods.

Partner with Head Office to improve the store.

Skills & experience

Retail leadership experience in premium or specialty retail.

Commercial mindset with a strong service focus.

Confident coaching and people-development skills.

Clear communication and practical problem-solving ability.

Availability for rotating weekends, late nights and peak periods.
