Blacktown City Council invites graduates to start a finance career with hands-on experience through a 2-year full time Graduate Finance program, beginning mid-February 2027. You will rotate across finance functions, assist with budgeting, reconciliations, reporting and analysis, and contribute to informed decision-making for a growing local government.

The program offers a structured entry, a starting salary of 1,750.90 AUD per week, flextime, 12% superannuation, training and development, and
