The role focuses on leadership, mentorship, competency frameworks, mandatory training, and evidence-based practice to improve perioperative care.

As a key clinical and operational lead, you will coordinate staffing, equipment, and resources, oversee appraisals, and support recruitment while promoting patient-centred care
