We’re looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to provide hands‑on support to our sales team, helping coordinate projects, manage quotes and pricing, qualify sales leads and deliver a great experience for our customers.

This is a varied role where you’ll work closely with our Business Development and Account Management teams, supporting everything from lead generation and quoting through to product sampling, stock coordination and large commercial projects.

THE ROLE…

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you’ll play an important part in keeping our sales operations organised, accurate and moving forward.

Day to day, you’ll:

- Identify and qualify current sales leads before handing them across to BDMs
- Support commercial and townhouse projects, including scheduling and project date management
- Prepare quotes, review specifications and coordinate project sampling
- Assist BDMs and Account Managers with pricing, measures and smaller project quotes
- Manage sales opportunities and information through Pipedrive
- Coordinate stock checks, purchase orders, product availability and shortages
- Support Large Order Form (LOF) and order management processes




- Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues quickly
- Assist with sales reporting, account setup and general sales administration
- Help improve processes and maintain a high level of customer service
