Position Overview

Associate People Risk – ready to take your claims or injury management career beyond the desk? We're looking for a People Risk Associate to join our growing team in Perth, working directly with employers, insurers and rehabilitation providers to help solve complex workforce risk challenges.

Responsibilities

- Coaching clients on injury management and return-to-work strategies.
- Analysing claims trends and identifying opportunities for prevention.
- Building solid relationships with employers, insurers, rehabilitation providers and legal professionals.
- Managing a varied caseload of complex people risk challenges.

What we’re looking for

- Have strong experience in workers’ compensation and claims management.
- Bring strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Approach problems with commercial curiosity and a solutions mindset.
- Are genuinely passionate about improving client outcomes.




- Have an allied health and injury management background (desirable).
