We're looking for someone who doesn't just follow trends — they know how to turn them into something people want to watch, share and talk about.

XS Espresso is growing, and we're looking for a creative powerhouse to join our team as our In-House Content Creator.

This is your opportunity to become the creative force behind one of Australia's fastest-growing community-focused café brands.

We're not looking for someone to simply post photos and videos. We want someone who sees a great coffee and thinks, "That would make a great Reel." Someone who spots a trend and immediately thinks, "How can we make that XS?" Someone who walks into one of our cafés and sees 100 content opportunities.

We want content that gets attention, sparks conversations and makes people want to experience XS for themselves.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As our In-House Content Creator, you'll work closely with our team to bring the XS brand to life across social media and beyond.

- Create scroll-stopping content - Produce engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories, photography and videos for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
- Stay ahead of the trends - Keep your finger on the pulse of social media, trending sounds, formats, humour and online culture.
- Make it uniquely XS - Take trends and turn them into creative content that reflects our brand, personality and community.
- Make our food look irresistible - Capture our coffee, breakfasts, handmade pastries, desserts and everything in between.
- Capture the real XS experience - Get out into our cafés, work with our teams and capture the people, energy and moments that make XS special.
- Bring big ideas to life - Develop creative concepts, campaigns, promotions and content ideas that get people talking.
- Own the creative process - Plan, film, edit and prepare content from the initial idea through to publishing.
- Be part of our growth - Create content for new store openings, product launches,



promotions and brand campaigns.
- Know what works - Monitor engagement, reach and performance, using insights to continually improve our content.

THIS IS MORE THAN A CONTENT ROLE

You'll have the opportunity to help shape the creative direction of the XS brand.

You won't be sitting around waiting for someone to tell you what to post. We want you to bring ideas, experiment with new formats, test different approaches and push creative boundaries.

If something is trending, we want to know about it.

If you have an idea for a campaign, we want to hear it.

If you see an opportunity to create something funny, unexpected or genuinely shareable - we want you to run with it.

Your job is to help make XS a brand people recognise, connect with and love following online.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You're someone who:

- Is naturally creative, energetic, confident and curious.
- Lives and breathes social media and understands what makes people stop scrolling.
- Has a strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and emerging trends.
- Has a outstanding eye for photography, video, visual storytelling and composition.
- Can confidently film and edit high-quality content.
- Has personality, humour and a strong instinct for what works online.
- Is proactive, organised and comfortable managing projects independently.
- Is happy getting involved, being around people and occasionally stepping in front of the camera.
- Loves food, coffee, hospitality, lifestyle and creating experiences worth sharing.
- Is always looking for the next idea, trend or creative opportunity.
- Experience creating content for hospitality, food, lifestyle or retail brands is highly regarded.
- Experience with CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Lightroom, Premiere Pro or similar is also advantageous.
