Sales Development Representative - Nonprofit & Public Sector

- Engage and qualify leads across inbound and outbound channels — calls, web chat, events, webinars, and more.
- Drive high-quality meetings and create meaningful opportunities for the wider sales team.
- Build credibility and trust with prospects and internal stakeholders across the NGO and public sector.
- Champion event registrations and represent us at sector-relevant events.
- Develop technical and industry knowledge using Salesforce's AI tools and learning platforms, including Trailhead.
- Maintain creative, personalized follow-ups that keep prospects engaged and curious.
- Grow your understanding of AI and how it's transforming public and social sector organisations.
