Mercy Health is seeking a highly motivated Diabetes Nurse Educator for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover at Werribee Mercy Hospital. The role is 0.8 EFT, focusing on delivering high-quality diabetes education to inpatients and outpatients.

You will provide self-management education, support the multidisciplinary team, and require AHPRA registration, a Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education, and CDE status (or working towards credentialing).
