Rugby World Cup Australia is seeking a Workforce Coordinator based in Sydney to support planning, onboarding and tournament-time delivery for Rugby World Cup 2027. Reporting to the Workforce & Uniforms Manager, you will coordinate end-to-end workforce operations and communications across multiple venues.

The role requires solid organisational skills, the ability to work with diverse stakeholders, and willingness to travel to host cities and overnight events as needed.
