Perceptyx, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative to generate qualified enterprise opportunities and collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to drive revenue.

You will engage HR, EX, and L&D; leaders across North America with a multi-channel outbound strategy, qualify prospects, and ensure smooth handoffs to account executives while maintaining robust CRM hygiene from our Sydney-based hub.
